time4us offers live group circles, resources, and community gatherings intended for reflection, support, and personal growth. These experiences are educational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for professional services.
By participating, you understand that the facilitator may offer prompts, reflections, and intuitive guidance, but you remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing.

time4us does not provide medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health concern, please seek support from a licensed professional. If you are in crisis or feel you may harm yourself or someone else, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
You agree that you are participating voluntarily and that any insights or actions you take are your own choice and responsibility.

To keep circles safe and respectful, you agree to:
Treat others with kindness and respect
Speak from your own experience (no diagnosing, shaming, or pressuring others)
Honor consent and boundaries (including no unwanted advice-giving)
Maintain confidentiality (see below)
Arrive sober and able to participate safely (no participation while impaired)
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates these agreements. In that situation, refunds may not be provided.

Your registration reserves a seat and supports planning and facilitation.
Cancellation policy
Cancel 48 hours before the event start time to receive a full refund (or credit—your choice).
Cancel within 48 hours: no refund, but you may request a one-time credit to a future circle if you email within 24 hours after the event. Times are based on Pacific Time.
No-shows are not refundable.
Refunds (when applicable) are processed within 10 business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
If time4us cancels or reschedules, you may choose a full refund or credit. -
Confidentiality matters here. By participating, you agree:
Not to share other participants’ names, stories, or identifying details outside the circle.
Not to record audio/video or take screenshots unless explicitly permitted.
Recording: time4us does not record sessions unless clearly stated in advance. If a session is ever recorded (for example, a training or 1:1 sessions), participants will be informed beforehand and given the option not to be included.
We ask everyone to honor confidentiality, but we can’t guarantee other participants will comply. -
All time4us materials (including written content, prompts, meditations, and event formats) are owned by time4us and are for your personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute materials without written permission.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. You understand that group experiences can be emotionally activating, and you agree to take care of yourself (including stepping away if needed).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, time4us and its facilitator(s) will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, claim, or damages arising out of or related to your participation, including decisions you make before, during, or after an event.
This limitation applies even if time4us has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and it includes (without limitation) emotional distress, lost profits, or consequential damages.Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Release: You agree to release and hold harmless time4us and its facilitator(s) from any and all claims arising from your participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law. -
