Support Circle: Self-Love

What to Expect

A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life. The Self-Love Support Circle is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to life with more love for yourself—through shared guidance, meaningful conversation, and time to simply be.

❋ What We’ll Do

We’ll start with a quick grounding, then move through guided prompts and open group discussion. You can participate as much or as little as you want.

❋ What You’ll Receive

You’ll leave with supportive guidance and practical tools you can use right away—so self-love feels doable in real life.

❋ How We Share

This is a respectful circle—listening matters as much as speaking. Sharing is always optional; you’re welcome to just be present.

❋ How You’ll Leave

We’ll close with a short integration so you leave feeling grounded and clear as you return to your day. Expect a settled, supported finish—not an abrupt ‘okay, bye.

A few gentle agreements

Privacy matters—please don’t record or screenshot.
